I teach Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, and I truly love sharing the practice with others especially the calm and connection we find in savasana at the end of each class. I have practiced yoga for many years and was especially influenced by my time with Kathy Anning, an Iyengar teacher at Bridge Yoga Studio. Her teaching has had a lasting impact on my approach to yoga. I qualified at Kerry College as a Yoga and Outdoor Wellbeing Facilitator. During my time there, I met a dedicated team of instructors who encouraged, guided, and inspired my journey.I’ve also completed additional CPD training in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga at Aruna Yoga Studio, which allows me to offer a well-rounded and accessible approach to teaching.I enjoy working with students of all levels, but I have a special passion for teaching beginners, as their enthusiasm and curiosity make every class so rewarding.Below is my current timetable for classes in the Limerick area:
It can help improve your balance, increase flexibility, and strengthen your muscles, all while helping you relax and unwind.
I have been practicing Pilates for many years with Linda Lane, Nicola Brennan, and Claire Halpin, all of whom have deeply inspired my journey. I then went on to study Mat Pilates with Suzie Dodd an absolutely amazing experience that deepened my understanding of the practice. I’m now teaching Pilates myself in the Limerick area and absolutely loving it!

As a Lowland Leader, I love exploring trails, discovering hidden corners of nature, and helping others enjoy the outdoors safely and confidently. Hiking is more than just walking it’s a chance to slow down, reconnect with nature, and find adventure in every landscape. My background as an expedition adventure racer means I’m no stranger to long days in the wild. From fast-paced races through remote areas to relaxed days out on the trail, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing some incredible places and moments in nature.Whether it’s a gentle local walk or a full-day hike, I’m always excited to share the beauty, peace, and challenge that the outdoors offers around Ireland.

If you’d like to offer your team a unique and meaningful wellbeing experience whether on the mat, on the trail, or on the water we’d love to hear from you.
I’ve been kayaking for over 20 years, and about eight years ago I discovered standup paddleboarding. I instantly fell in love with it, especially sharing the experience with a great group of friends.Becoming a SUP instructor felt like a natural next step it gives me the flexibility to spend more time on the water and share something I truly enjoy. I love teaching SUP skills and watching people grow in confidence, flourish, and find joy on the water. I especially enjoy working with small groups or one-to-one sessions, where I can really focus on each person’s progress.Stand-up paddleboarding is not just a sport; it’s also a wonderful way to relax, meditate, and even practice yoga. Being able to guide others into that experience is something I find incredibly rewarding.
